Terms & Conditions

1. General

By placing an order on this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Purchase Terms, and our processing of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you shop at Youhoo.se, an agreement is entered into between you and Youhoo Sweden AB, company registration number: 559430-1821, address: Östra Vintergatan 4, 703 43 Örebro, Sweden.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you agree to:

  • Only place legally valid orders.

  • Not submit false or fraudulent orders. In case of suspicion, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify the relevant authorities.

  • Provide accurate and complete contact details (name, address, email address, and phone number).

If you do not provide the required information, we may not be able to process your order.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
The total price, including VAT, shipping costs, and any other fees, will be shown at checkout before completing the order.

We accept payments by debit card, credit card, digital wallets, invoice, and installment payments through our payment partners. All transactions are secure and encrypted (3D-Secure is used for card payments).

4. Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. The purchase agreement becomes binding when you receive the order confirmation.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the order details are correct. The name used in the order must match your valid identification.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Estimated delivery time will be stated at checkout and in the order confirmation. Normal delivery time is 2–5 business days. During peak periods, delivery may take longer.

If we cannot deliver within the agreed time, you are entitled to cancel your purchase free of charge. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after dispatch before tracking information is available.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before completing your order.

Uncollected Packages

If you fail to collect your package within the stated time, it will be automatically returned to us.
For uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge a fee of SEK 350 to cover return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.

Incorrect Address Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all details provided are accurate. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, we cannot be held responsible for failed delivery. we are not obliged to issue a refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

According to the Swedish Distance and Doorstep Sales Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you received your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at order@youhoo.se
Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we shipped the wrong product.

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • All labels and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must be returned securely packaged.

For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, perfumes, skincare products, underwear, and hygiene items cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened.

Complaints

If you receive a defective or damaged item, this must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt by email: order@youhoo.se This requirement applies especially to cosmetics, perfumes, and other hygiene-related products.

In addition, you always have a 3-year right to claim under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for defects not caused by normal wear and tear or misuse. Complaints must be made as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 months after discovering the defect.

In the case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping and compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer rights.

7. Refunds

For approved returns or cancellations, we will issue a refund as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving and approving your return.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. If this is not possible, we may ask for your bank details to process the refund.

8. Personal Data & Privacy Policy

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data you provide is used to process your order and provide the best possible service.

9. Cookies

Youhoo.se uses cookies in accordance with the Swedish Electronic Communications Act (2003:389).
Cookies are used to improve your experience, manage the shopping cart, save settings, and analyze site usage.
