Delivery time

We will inform you of the expected delivery time for your order at checkout and in the order confirmation email
We always ship your items as quickly as possible. The normal delivery time from Youhoo is 2-5 working days. During high traffic times, the delivery time may be slightly longer. In the event of a delay in delivery from our warehouse, you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase free of charge. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your order has left our warehouse before you can track your package.

Packages sent by post

If you do not collect your package within two days, you will receive a reminder by email or SMS and another reminder will be sent after five days. If the package has not been collected within 7 days, it will be returned to us.
For packages that have not been collected, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping costs, handling fees and handling fees, for 350 SEK

You as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the information provided when ordering is correct, such as name, email and telephone number. If the wrong mobile phone number is provided, your package cannot be notified via SMS and a letter notification must be sent to your home. This means that notification of a delivered package takes an extra day.
