Refund policy
Return/cancellation within 14 days after you have received your order
we will help you with the return by contacting us via E-mail: order@youhoo.se . All products are inspected before they are sent to you Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly.
- You must process the return within the established deadline:
- you have 14 days from the date you received your order.
- You have 3 calendar days from the delivery date to report the damage
- The items must be in their original condition and have all labels attached.
- As soon as we have checked your return, we will refund the money for the returned products to you.
Makeup, skincare-fragrance-lingerie and hygiene products are not accepted for hygienic reasons
For your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original undamaged packaging with accompanying packaging.
If the product has been opened or tested, we unfortunately cannot accept a return due to hygienic reasons. This way we can guarantee that all our customers purchase an untouched and fresh product.
Refunds
We will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible. Please note that transactions may take 1-3 business days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to pay for your Products. If payment was made by invoice or prepayment, the refund will be made to the account from which the payment was made. If necessary, we may therefore need to ask you for your account details. If you paid via Paypal or by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to your Paypal account or credit or debit card, respectively.
